Old World Style Pickles from the Hamptons
The Kuzniewski Family has been making pickles on Long Island for over 100 years. Antoni and Michlena Kuzniewski brought the family pickle recipe from Mazovia - the heart of Poland - to New York in 1890. Today we at the Ketchabonek Pickle Company craft our own great Old World Style pickles from that very same recipe for you in Westhampton (called "Ketchaboneck" in Antoni's time). "Pop's" original pickling recipe is used today to create a wide variety of pickled vegetables, including kirby cukes, asparagus, garlic, beets, and green beans. We also make great mixed jars!
